Discussing Race and Inequality in the Classroom: COVID’s Impact on Economic Well-being

How does racial inequality impact economic mobility and opportunity and the economy as a whole? Industry experts and well-known researchers and economists will share their views on COVID-19’s impact on economic well-being, with a special emphasis on how the pandemic has affected minority communities. There is no cost to attend, but please register no later than 9 a.m. the day of the event, June 30.
Event details
The keynote presentation will be followed by a panel discussion on the factors driving wealth disparities among different racial groups, and possible solutions. Teachers, students and professors are welcome to attend as we address income disparity, financial service inequity, generational wealth gaps, and more.
