Can centering racial equity help fuel a more inclusive small business recovery? Lead to new solutions to addressing housing or workforce equity challenges in underserved communities? Join us for a Connecting Communities webinar discussing three years of learnings from the Reinventing Our Communities (ROC) Cohort Program. ROC, a national training program led by national research and practitioner experts, helps participants frame, contextualize, and organize around a community challenge. The program was developed by the Philadelphia Fed and conducted in partnership with Federal Reserve Banks around the country. During this virtual event, past cohort members will share what they’ve learned and how they’re carrying forward the work they started through ROC to remove barriers to inclusive regional growth.
