Global Investments in Health: The Infrastructure of Everyday Well-being

On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York will host a virtual event focused on investment strategies to address the social determinants of health to improve health and economic outcomes for communities.

Topics will include strategies for developing infrastructure that advances health, mobility, and sustainability. Speakers will discuss municipal financing, performance tracking, and examples of communities leveraging their assets.

The event is the third in a series centered on ideas from around the world for place-based investments addressing the social determinants of health. The event will be of interest to leaders in the financial, government, nonprofit, and health sectors.
