About Lisa

Lisa M. Vidacs is a senior vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, overseeing the Corporate Communications and Engagement Department. After joining the Bank in 1987, she held management positions in both the Cash and Check Departments before being appointed assistant vice president in 2003. She was appointed vice president in 2005 and served as chair of the Bank Management Committee. In 2007, Lisa was appointed senior vice president. She serves as deputy chair of the leadership group for the Federal Reserve System’s Fed Communities project, an initiative aimed at increasing the impact of the Fed’s community development work.

Outside the Cleveland Fed, she serves as president of the board of the Cleveland Furniture Bank.

Lisa earned a BBA in finance from Kent State University. She is a graduate of Leadership Cleveland and of the BAI Graduate School of Bank Operations and Technology conducted by BAI and Vanderbilt University.
