Investing in Workers: Challenges and Solutions for Wealth Building for Low- and Moderate-Income Workers

On Tuesday, May 23, 2023, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, in partnership with the Ford Foundation, will host an in-person event exploring how some companies are seeking to increase low- and moderate-income workers’ wealth through investments in ownership and employee benefits. The event will focus on how efforts to improve the wealth of low- and moderate-income workers are financed and what is needed to make such investments more widespread. A reception will follow the event. Registration is open through May 19, 2023.
