Reimagining Public Health for NYC: A Discussion on the Racial Wealth Gap and Health Equity

Join the New York Fed, in partnership with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, for an in-person event on the racial wealth gap. Participants will discuss the connection between health and wealth, how to better measure both, and how policy can help address racial wealth gaps. A reception will follow. Please register by February 24, 2023.

This event is part of a series, “Reimagining Public Health for NYC,” hosted by the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. It is open to the media. All remarks are on the record and the event will be recorded, with the recording to be made available afterwards.
