Skills-Based Hiring and Economic Mobility Workshop

Moving individuals and families towards financial self-sufficiency is a prime goal of Nebraska’s workforce efforts. Workers, however, face many barriers on this journey. Join regional leaders for an engaging session focused on hiring strategies that drive retention, results, and workforce resilience. Participants will learn how new tools from the Federal Reserve can support skills-based hiring practices and identify ways to leverage public supports to attract workers for in-demand jobs.

We welcome anyone with a workforce development focus from nonprofit, business, or government sectors.
