Dawn Hicks

Dawn Hicks fosters the professional growth and development of Boston-area youth as administrator of the Bank’s high school internship program. Her work involves helping local low-income students overcome barriers to social and economic mobility. Dawn has also conducted outreach to financial capability practitioners in the region, promoting awareness of important resources and helping them connect with each other. Previously, Dawn worked on Bank efforts to keep New England consumers informed of their rights, existing protections, and financial education resources through convenings, educational events, and publications.
