Javier Silva is senior associate director of community engagement with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Silva focuses on analysis and programming related to community and economic development issues by working with community and civic organizations, universities, government officials, business and trade groups, and financial institutions across the New York Fed’s district.
