Robert Brinkley

Robert Brinkley is a senior regional outreach manager within the Community Development Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. From the Bank’s Cincinnati Branch, he works with the community development team on current and emerging economic and community development issues across the Fourth Federal Reserve District, which comprises Ohio, western Pennsylvania, the northern panhandle of West Virginia, and eastern Kentucky. His areas of interest include Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), economic development, and affordable housing.
