Sarah Savage is a deputy director of Community Development Research at the Boston Fed. As part of the Bank’s work to increase employment opportunities, Sarah has conducted research on barriers to positive labor force engagement of low- and moderate-income (LMI) individuals in the region. Much of Sarah’s work has focused on working parents and the intersection of child care and employment.
