Thomas Guerra

Thomas is a senior advisor in Community Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Based at the San Antonio Branch, he serves as co-lead for initiatives relating to the Community Reinvestment Act and digital inclusion. He focuses on aligning banks, residents and ecosystems to advance economic resilience and mobility among low- and moderate-income populations.
