There’s a huge market out there right now. We always hear about people always being pushed to go to college right out of high school. I feel that a lot of young adults are not ready yet, these days. That’s what I see 18, 19, they’re not ready to go to college yet. I always feel like why can’t we spread the word about manufacturing, try to get that group of young adults into our industry, get them interested in things maybe they never thought they could do. Then in time, if they’re interested in going to college later on to become an engineer, to become a technician, anything like that, we’ll be able to pay for that 100% for them.
