If we’re going to have a meaningful impact on workforce development, if we’re actually going to place young student graduates into the opportunity occupations, education needs to work hand in hand with industry, needs to work hand in hand with community, with a mutual recognition about the viability of these career fields. So we need to ensure that all the stakeholders are sufficiently informed so that the messaging and the impact that they have is accurate and is advising students to make decisions that are conducive not only to their success but translates to meaningful employment and meaningful contributions to community.
