Well, I think that as we are able to take advantage of the opportunities that we have here to be able to develop our own talent, our local talents, and make sure that they have access to those high paying jobs, it will definitely move our community in a different way. So the more people that we have in higher wage paying jobs, the more opportunities we have to collect income tax. The more income tax that we connect, the better services that we can provide to our residents, the more likely we are to attract and retain other jobs, because other businesses will move in our committee.
